CANCELLATION INSURANCE
Terms and Conditions

Theatre tickets may be cancelled up until 4PM EST two (2) business days (this excludes all Federal Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays) prior to the actual performance date. You must notify Broadway.com by phone or email within this time frame. If you have the tickets in your possession, they must be returned to Broadway.com via overnight courier or in person. Broadway.com must receive the tickets at least two business days prior to the performance date printed on the tickets. Please ship the tickets to the address below, attention “Customer Relations.” If you comply with the above conditions, you will be issued a refund for the cost of the tickets, less the amount of the insurance and any applicable service charges and handling/delivery fees.

If your tickets are being held at Will Call, please contact one of our representatives at 1-800-BROADWAY to process your cancellation. If your tickets have been shipped to you, please fill out the information below, enclose your theatre tickets and return to Broadway.com via overnight courier or in person. Please remember: in order to receive a refund, tickets must be received no later than 4PM EST two (2) business days prior to your scheduled performance.
